- This library is packed full of tracks with sparse flora and fauna from the austere landscapes of Patagonia. I feel a powerful sense of awe after visiting these landscapes. I hope the sounds help to re-wild your ears as they did mine. Thanks for listening.

- The wildlife around the Fitz Roy Mountain Range is incredibly sparse, or is mostly silent (like Pumas, Guanacos, and Andean Condors), but there are a few vocal bird species. The most common noise makers are playful flocks of Austral Parakeets.
- Species included: Austral Pygmy Owl, Austral Parakeet, Austral Canastero, White-crested Elaenia, Patagonian Sierra Finch, and lots of distant unidentifiable twittering.
